I’m a workplace health and wellbeing consultant supporting organisations to build psychologically safe, resilient and high-performing teams.
As a proud father to two amazing daughters, I find balance and joy in family life. My personal passions include R&B, rare groove, jazz, modern soul, and northern soul—genres that nourish the soul. Outside of my work, you’ll often find me at sports events (Formula 1 is a personal favourite) or immersing myself in cultural experiences like the West End theatre.
I’ve been fortunate to attend iconic productions such as Driving Miss Daisy, Singing in the Rain, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, as well as live performances by legends like Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston, and even the Nelson Mandela 90th Birthday Concert featuring a young Amy Winehouse. These experiences fuel my appreciation for connection, creativity, and resilience—values that drive my work.
My journey began at Butlins as a Redcoat, where I discovered the transformative power of positivity and engagement in enhancing people’s wellbeing. This foundation inspired a career dedicated to equipping others with the tools they need to thrive.
