I’m Mike Lawrence — Health & Wellbeing Consultant, speaker, coach and Mental Health First Aid England Instructor.
For more than 20 years, I’ve supported individuals, leaders, teams and organisations with mental health, resilience, workplace wellbeing and personal development.
But this work is more than professional.
It is personal.
I know what it means to rebuild after pressure, uncertainty and life-changing experiences. I’ve supported people through stress, burnout, leadership pressure and emotional exhaustion — while also rebuilding my own life following brain surgery and major personal challenges.
That has shaped how I see resilience. Not as pretending everything is fine, but as learning how to pause, recover, adapt, reconnect and move forward with greater clarity, meaning and self-awareness.
The aim of this work is not perfection.
It’s about helping people better understand themselves, manage pressure more effectively, rebuild confidence, reconnect with purpose and create healthier, more sustainable ways of living and working.
